Hi, I know many people struggle with finding just the right therapist for
them. I provide the following info to help you determine if I would be a

I was born and raised in California. I attended both public and Christian
schools. I received my AA degree from Cypress College, my BA in Psychology
from Cal State Fullerton and my MA in Counseling from Humboldt State
University. I moved to Idaho in 1994. I received all of my licenses here,
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in 1996, LCPC (Licensed Clinical
Professional Counselor) in 2002, and LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist) in 2002.
I have two biological children and two stepchildren. I've been through a
divorce and I am currently living in a blended family with my second husband
(working with blended families has become a specialty!) I have three
children still living at home.
I am a non-denominational Christian. I work within the bounds of each
client's own spiritual belief system, but personally my faith is very
important to me.
I love animals and raise Cairn Terriers and Standard Poodles as a hobby.
Other hobbies include gardening, swimming, boating, reading, watching
movies, genealogy, traveling, and I am an aspiring writer (see Research
button).
My biggest endeavor right now is working with my husband on a project called
